is in its 18-th year of publication. Initial publication date: 2-15-1994.
- During the month of October 1998, readers from over 85 countries
downloaded more than 261,000 pages with 8.6 GB (that is 8,600 Megabytes)
of data from just one of the two sites.
Who says Arts and Culture are not popular?
- During the month of January 1999, readers downloaded 288,000 pages
totaling 10.0 GB of data from one of the three sites.
- During the month of January 2000, readers downloaded 476,000 pages
totaling 18.2 GB of data from one of the three sites.
- In November 2001, we reached another milestone.
We sent out
30 GB per month of information to our readers!
This is 1,000 million bytes (characters) in one day.
- During the first 10 days of 2002, the average daily traffics are:
15,650 visits
50,735 pages
2,343 MBytes
or 70 GB per month.
- During the first week of April 2003, the average daily traffics are:
12,000 visits
56,000 pages
3,600 MBytes
or 108 GB per month.
- During the first full week of October 2003, there were:
3,765,000 visits
385,110 pages wiewed
27,000 MB downloaded
This is 110 GB per month, or 3,800 MB per day.
Compare this to 30 GB per month or 1,000 MB per day in Nov. 2001, the traffic has grown 3.8 times.
- March 2005 there were more than 1,860,000 page views.
- April 2006 there were more than 2,290,000 page views.
- January 2007 we have more than 3,519,000 pageviews, from
1,180,000 unique visitors.
